This listing is for two lovely mismatched footed teacup and saucer sets.

The pink set is marked as: "Paragon, H.M. the Queen & H.M. Queen Mary, Fine Bone China, England." This particular royal designation dates it to the late 1930's - early 1950s. The saucer features a blush pink delicately scalloped rim with a beautifully colored floral wreath and a butter yellow center. The cup repeats the same pattern with gilt line detailing, and the interior of the cup is washed in the same butter yellow. The cup measures 2 3/4" in height with a diameter of 3 1/4".

The white set is marked as: "Queen Anne, Fine Bone China, England." I believe this set dates to around the same time period. This piece features a sprig of pink flowers and green leaves alternating between a gold botanical motif on a white background. The pattern is repeated on the exterior and interior rims of the cup, and this set also features delicate gilt detailing. The cup measures 2 1/2" in height with a diameter of 3 3/4".

Both pieces show typical vintage wear, though the Queen Anne saucer has some staining and a very thin crack (undetectable by touching it with your finger).

In any case, these pieces are simply wonderful. Pack them with a teapot, biscuits, and a nice Earl Grey and enjoy a lovely day with Mom for Mother's Day!
