• Black, Navy, Forest and Red color hoodies and sweatshirts are %50 preshrunk %50 polyester.
• Dark heather, Sport Grey color hoodies and sweatshirts are %40 cotton %60 polyester.
• It is also pressed with premium vinyl with a professional quality heat press.
• Please see the listing images for sizing details and color options.

LOGO &DESIGN
• Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online.
• You can choose your text color from the list in the listing photos. Simply slide the screen to view the choices.
• The text color will be black or white (depends on the t-shirt color), if not chosen.
• Please feel free to message us if you have questions or concerns.
• Please choose carefully, as we will not accept any cancellation, refund, return or replacement for a customer choosing wrong text color.
HOW TO MEASURE SHIRTS
• Chest: Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.
• Length: Measured from high point of shoulder from the back.
SIZE
• Check your size before ordering.
• Be sure to check the size charts and color scales in the pictures section.
• Shirts are true-to-size for unisex fit.
• Unisex fit will be a looser fit, so for ladies wanting a fit closer to ladies fit sizing, please size down from your normal ladies fit size.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
• 1-3 Business days processing time (we do our best to ship it out ASAP)
• 3-12 Business days estimated delivery time depending on your location
and it may take up to 3 weeks ( right now Non of the couriers guarantee delivery time ) (after processing time).
• Your order will be ship via letter mail service which is not a tracked.
• You can purchase a shipping upgrade from my Store for faster delivery and tracking of your purchase.
• We use poly bag for packaging.
• We do not ship on Sundays.
• We will ship the items to Etsy Address. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us prior to ordering or in 6 HOURS after purchasing.
---REFUND---
Because all items are custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
However, We will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please send us a proof. (A photo will work)
You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
• Size is wrong.
• Color is wrong.
• Text color is wrong.
• Design is wrong.
• Text is wrong.
Other than the reasons in the list above, we won’t be offering refunds or exchanges. Please purchase seriously.
CARE INFO
• DO warm/cold machine wash.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry low.
• Iron on low heat with shirt inside-out.
• Do not iron directly onto the design.
