It's the quintessential full skirt! This skirt from 1959 and McCall's is designed for both plain and bordered or striped fabrics.

The skirt is joined to fitted waistband with either gathers or soft knife pleats, and has back zipper closing. For bordered or striped fabric, the skirt is cut on the crossgrain, with one seam at center back, while skirt of plain fabric has five gores.

Size
Waist 28 in
Hip 37 in

Pattern is complete, with all pieces, which are uncut and in fair to good condition. Notice that "chewed" section in the upper right corner of the envelope? Whatever chewed on the envelope also managed to munch through the Skirt Side pattern piece. The holes are small and in the interior of the piece, so should not affect the use of the piece.
