"What do girls do who haven't and mother to help them through their troubles?"

A very sweet scene between a mother and a daughter, vintage 1930. The colors are very shabby chic: ecru, pink and pale cream. Each card comes tied with a soft, sweet ribbon. I have taken a black and white sketch and added a collage effect to the dresses of the mother and the daughter which makes me think of letters written between the two. I was thinking of my own sweet mom as I made this card.

The quote reads: "What do girls do who haven't any mother to help them through their troubles?"

The card measures 8 1/2" by 5 1/2" and is printed on heavy linen card stock with a creamy, high quality envelope. Thanks to for unenhanced B&W illustration. By subscription.
