Incorrect address / failed delivery refunds

Missing Package with Delivered Tracking Status

If you are missing your package, but the tracking is marked Delivered, unfortunately we cannot refund or replace the missing package due to USPS confirming receipt of the shipment. Please open a claim directly with Etsy to see if your order was covered by their buyer protection.
