★ Russia : Only EMS shipping is available.

★ All Other Countries : Only DHL shipping is available.

:::: We send out your package to the address that listed on your ETSY, so PLEASE fill out correctly. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for lost the package during shipment. And you have to pay the extra fee $15 USD for the shipping address correction.

:::: And when the package return to us due to the wrong shipping address, the initial shipping cost is NOT refundable, so we will deduct the actual shipping cost(even if FREE SHIPPING) from the refund amount.

A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in ILOVEGEM being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.
