She sat on a picnic blanket eating a pink frosted cupcake with pink sprinkles. The skirt of her dress fluttered around her in the breeze and she had matching bows in her pigtails. Her older brother sped past and snatched the bow from the right one. Suddenly, with a battle cry, she leapt to her black rubber boot clad feet, grabbed her sword, and raced after the boys.
Sweet and girly, this skein has a few color surprises and all the soft feel you could want.
Mo spun Little Sister from some yummy combed top she hand dyed. She carefully kettle dyed the wool pink, allowing for variation in deapth, and added hits of lilac on the very top of the pot. She used food safe dye and lots of heat to set it. After it was dry and fluffy, she spun it thick and thin on her Ashford Traditional wheel. This yarn is yummy and next to skin soft with a 21 micron count. The coloring ranges from faintest blush pink to true girly pink, with hits of sweet lilac.
