Huge vintage 1950s cooking pot. Black rim, black handles and black knob on snow white enamel. Simple honest farmhouse kitchen pot, perfect for cooking soup all day long, boiling potatoes, or — if you're adventurous — dyeing your own textiles. Makes a great storage basket as well.

Holds 8 quarts:

14" wide handle to handle
12" wide rim to rim
7.5" high

Excellent condition, with a small bit of whiskering in the enamel for about two inches on the inside of the rim, one tiny ding in the base, and very slight color from light use on the inside. No rust. No big chips. No flare marks. Handles and knobs are near perfect. Years of use left in this classic utilitarian pot.
