"Swans in a Garden Pond" - 8x10 inch fine art print on archival paper [20 x 25 cm]

Three fuzzy cygnets swim close to their mother with iris and pansies blooming along the border of the pond. This print is made from my original painting and is perfect for a child's room.

- I have this beautiful archival print made from my original watercolor painting at a professional lab on acid-free paper using permanent inks to keep the colors true for decades.
- Your choice of paper:
1. Kodak Endura Professional Paper - matte finish. This is a true photographic print made with the traditional photo process.
2. Somerset Velvet Watercolor Paper - A heavier weight paper printed with permanent inks. The artwork looks and feels like a watercolor painting.
- The print will fit a standard mat and frame. Prints on Somerset Velvet watercolor paper have an additional one inch white border around the image to make matting easier.

Copyright watermarks are only to protect the digital image. There is no watermark on the print.

Frequently asked questions about Zehland

*A WATERCOLOR is painted on heavyweight paper. Because of this, it requires a mat and frame with glass front. Framing finishes a watercolor beautifully and makes the entire art piece larger.

*AN OIL PAINTING is painted on canvas that is stretched onto wood stretcher bars. I paint the side edges of the canvas so you don't need to frame it unless you wish to. Oils take one to two weeks to dry. To save time, I ship the painting before completely dry by fixing it into a special box which protects it. You will need to keep it in the box for a week or so until dry to the touch. At that time, you may hang it with the enclosed wire.
To keep your artwork fresh and new for many generations, I use acid-free materials and professional permanent colors for my original paintings. Prints are made at a professional lab using the highest quality archival inks and papers. You can be confident that your investment will bring you a lifetime of satisfaction.
Keep your watercolor painting or print on paper new by enclosing in an acid-free mat and backing before framing with a glass front. Oil paintings may be varnished with spray varnish made specifically for oil paintings found at arts and crafts stores. Varnishing is optional, but it adds a layer of protection to keep the painting clean and can make the colors look richer.

*For new oil paintings, wait at least 6 months for the oils to fully cure before varnishing. However, the painting may be hung and/or framed as soon as it is dry to the touch.
