This was an unusual and exciting find for Animal Tracks... A charming 1960's Charmode slip dress by Sear, Roebuck & Co. The fiber content, a poly-cotton-nylon blend, makes it a perfect summer dress: cool and breezy. The bust is fitted, with slight ruching and gorgeous eyelet embroidery. The skirt is double layered for minimal show-through. The hem is slightly ruffled and hits below the knee with embroidered eyelet details to match the bust. The straps are sturdy and adjustable.

Size: 36 (medium)

Bust: 16 inches
Waist: 15 inches
length: 39.5 inches

Condition: Good. There is some very slight tearing near the tag on the back and a rip on the left side seam has been repaired but is only noticeable on close inspection. The straps are firmly attached and the dye job is even throughout.

***This slip was dip-dyed by hand using professional fiber reactive dyes. It is washfast, but should be washed separately.
