I love autumn colorways! This one is lovely and full of rich fall colors including chestnut, tangerine, rust, ruby, deep magenta, crimson, pomegranate, scarlet, goldenrod, fuchsia, mahogany, and more. I want to wrap myself in this yarn and wait for the leaves to turn!

Note--I've had a difficult time with photographing reds lately. To me, the yarn is most similar to the first three photos.

100 yard skeins, worsted, thick and thin, multiple skeins available (9+ in original dye lot). Next to the skin soft, Merino wool, skeins weigh about 2.5 oz each.

Each skein of yarn is a labor of love. Recycled or local roving is hand painted with low acid dyes, steamed, and cooled for 24 hours to ensure colorfast yarn and less environmental impact as no dye is being washed down the drain. The roving is drafted and spun on my dreamy Schacht Matchless wheel, wound onto the niddy noddy and fashioned into a skein. Next, I soak the skein of yarn in a spring water and organic grapefruit/eucalyptus essential oil rinse. At this point the wet skein is blocked (dried with weights or on a yarn blocker to remove overtwist) and finally stored, awaiting a new home.
