a beautiful 1950's vintage French purse clutch wallet
made of shimmery silver satin brocade fabric

The inside is lined in silky white satin, and it has a kiss-lock compartment, five slip pockets, and a brass-edged lucite comb. Every so often, I find a surprise inside a vintage purse, and this time it was money! Tucked into one of the slip pockets was a 1957 $1 Silver Certificate which I'll include with the purse.

It's in excellent condition and certainly doesn't show its age! There's a little bit of fuzziness on the edges and a few small marks, mainly a faint yellow mark on the inside where the brass kiss-lock frame has rubbed against the fabric. I don't think it's bad at all, but please be sue to double click on the 4th picture to see for yourself. This elegant purse is very well-made and has a nice tactile feel. It's lovely to look at and hold and is sure to add a touch of vintage goodness to whatever you wear with it ♥
