How do I pick the right collar size?

Every order is cut and made after placed. Because of the size of the metal clasps used to seal the ropes, I do not suggest my collars for pups with necks smaller than ~12-13in. If you do have a smaller pup please contact me and we can chat through it! For sizing. I typically add 1.5in to each collar to allow room to slip over the head/ears. For example, if your pup has a 16in neck, I will make the collar 17.5in to allow that buffer room. If you need more/less please let me know :)

What length leash should I buy?

It's mostly on personal preference. A longer leash allows more freedom for your pup to roam and explore. The 4ft is my personal preference that I use with my pups, but 6ft is typically the standard length sold in mass retail. The total length does include the handle!

What the heck is that metal ring for on the handle?

One of the most common question I receive :) It's a complementary feature that allows for you to clip a poop bag holder, your keys, the end of the leash (if you take it off your pup to carry). If you'd prefer not to have it, just note at checkout and I won't add one.

What is your processing time?

Unless I am traveling (not often!), I try and make all orders within 24hrs of being received. For domestic orders, I typically ship via USPS First Class mail which is 3-5 business days. If you'd prefer to upgrade you can also request Priority or Express delivery.

Can I request a custom design?

Of course!! Since everything is cut and made after ordered I oftentimes work with customers to design the prefect product for their needs. Just message me :)

Are your ropes new or used?

I track down my ropes from all over the place. I look for used ('recycled') as well as new ('upcycled) ropes and try to find a diverse set of colors and patterns to make sure I meet a broad set of interests! With that said, my shop has a good mix of both recycled and upcycled options. All of my recycled ropes have been cleaned and are extremely durable for their new uses!

Do you have thinner ropes for smaller pups?

I do! The average diameter of ropes in my shop is ~9.5-10mm. I have many thin diameter options as well, which are ~8mm in diameter and use a slightly smaller metal clasp to seal the ropes. If diameter of the rope and size of the metal clasps is a consideration for you please contact me and I will point you in the right direction.

Coupler Length: Coupler length is for each attachment. So if you'd like 1ft coupler, each attachment will be 1ft. If you don't see a length you need please message me.

Swivel: I have 3 stainless steel swivel options, see photo for summary of size/weight/load. Note that the M10 is a BEAST - it weighs nearly 8oz alone so please factor that in to your decision making :)

Extra Traffic Handle: Need extra control for one or both pups? You can add a custom traffic handle to the base of each attachment (an extra loop at the clip of your pup to hold them closer in high traffic/simulant situations). Note that this listing is for the Coupler (swivel + attachments to your pup) and you can purchase a handle separately in my shop. If you'd like a handle and would like it attached to the swivel, please just note that at checkout!

End Clips (what attaches to your pup): Because the clip needs to rotate 360 degree like the swivel (to avoid kinking of the rope), I offer a Standard, Lobster or a smaller 4kN rated carabiner (which all rotate - see listing photo). If you don't specify, I'll assume you'd like the Standard clips :)

This double leash feels really durable and I actually trust having my two English bulldogs on this leash. I’ve tried other double leashes but they’ve all felt really cheap and like if my bulldogs were gonna come loose when they’d pull but not with this one. I Definitely recommend these.
