General Electric Guardian Light Meter, Type PR-2. Produced in the 1950s, these light meters were fazed out in the 1960s as camera-integrated metering took over. The Guardian series was the higher end series of the GE light meters.

This meter comes in the original box, which includes the meter, leather carrying case, instruction booklet and warranty registration card. The only item that seems to be missing is the strap for the meter.

When exposed to different lighting situations, the red arrow moves. However, I can’t verify the accuracy, so it is being sold as-is.

Meter Measurements:

Width – 2 inches (8.9 cm)
Length – 3 inches (15.2 cm)
Depth – 1 inch (2.5 cm)
