In my order I’d asked for the flower color to be blue I got Teal. The additional quote I added at the bottom under the heart was also not placed on the shadow box

I ordered this for Mother’s Day & I did encounter an issue with shipping & not receiving my item in time for the holiday. However, Marrissa is extremely nice! And she did several things to try & rectify the situation which I did appreciate. I also loved how when you send her a message, she gets back to you super, super quick. I feel that shows she cares about her clients & providing them with the best customer service. Once my mom finally did receive her gift, she loved it! It is absolutely beautiful in person!
