This is a monochromatic print of a skull. Human skulls have traditionally been used by Western artists as a way of understanding anatomy and, in completed works, as momento mori, or reminders of death. That is, reminders that we will all die and that all the great works we attempt will pass to dust.

The image size is 10x8 inches (25.4 x 20.32 cm) on a piece of kitakata paper 20x16 inches (50.8 x 40.64 cm). This print will ship unmatted and unframed. That allows you to choose both how much unprinted paper is exposed and which frame, if any, you want.
