This dress is so gorgeous -- and just about like new! The woman that I got it from told me that she made it for herself in the 50s and only wore it once; it has been hanging safely tucked away in a closet for all this time! Perfect for day with a pair of flats or some lace up espadrilles, or for night with a pair of your highest heels and a fancy flower tucked into your hair, this is a dress that will have you feeling as pretty and girly as can be everytime you slip it on. Ideal for weddings, traipsing about town, or picnics on the shore. An absolute flower garden of a frock!

This beautiful dress was custom made over 50 years ago and is in phenomenal condition -- it is truly a treasure and one of a kind! There is not another one like it in all the world!!

please note: this dress was photographed with a small crinoline between the sheer overskirt and the lining -- the lining itself is shaped like a pencil skirt, and the crinoline is not included.

Excellent, almost pristine vintage condition with no stains, tears, or visible mends. There is the faintest possible mild iron burn at the bottom of the skirt, that blends so well into the color and pleats of the dress that I did not notice it until I was steaming the dress and had my face right up close to it -- shown in the top section of the 4th photo. You will never see it unless you look for it. A couple of faint spots on the lining that do not show through. This dress is clean and ready to wear! Just gorgeous!!
