What is the difference between Rush My Order and Priority Shipping?
Rush my order is $15 extra added to your order when you check out for me to bump your order ahead of all my other orders. This insures your ears will go out ASAP.

Priority Shipping is just paying for rush shipping. This means you will still have to wait the processing time and once your order is ready then it will go out with 1-3 day shipping.

If you receive something damaged you must message us within 2 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, explaining what happened and pictures of the damaged product.

We will look it over and send you out a new item for free ASAP.

If it is after those 2 DAYS, we will believe that damage was caused by the customer and will not issue any new products.

This girl deserves all the 5 stars simply for customer service alone! The ears are also beautiful and i got a ton of compliments on them at Epcot! They didnt want to stay on my head very easily so i clipped them on the sides to my hair so that they would stay up better.
