This posting is for one small stoneware vase. This vase began it's journey as a block of stoneware clay. I formed it's shape on a potter's wheel and glazed it in a beautiful emerald-turquoise hue. Before the firing process, I hand-painted on tiny blue spots, which adorn the exterior surface. These spots were created using blue slip (liquid clay applied like paint before going into the kiln). The spots are slightly raised, for a nice tactile quality. The interior is matte white.

Measurements: Aprox 4in at widest point, .75in opening at rim, 3.75in tall. Stoneware fired at Cone 10. Dishwasher safe, water-tight.

Thanks for looking!
