I named this color of dye “Tequila Sunset”. I was inspired by the Eagles song “Tequila Sunrise” but I couldn’t quite use the same title. I am a lover of orange and this is my tribute for all orange color loving people. We rule!
While the socks are dyed together, no two come out alike as a testimony of my true hand dyed product. I guarantee that the dye will not wash out. These socks can be machine or hand washed with Woolite but do they need to dry on a rack. The wonderful angora will “fuzz out” after it dries.
This lovely pair of socks was produced as an effort from the IAGARB ( International Association of German Angora Rabbit Breeders) angora wool co-op. The angora is gently harvested from our rabbits. Breeders from Maine to Oregon pool our angora wool together and have it processed in a small family run mill in Michigan. Angora is the warmest and softest socks you’ll ever wear. This angora is long stapled and will not shed. Because the socks have such high content of natural fiber that breathes, you will not sweat in these socks.
