This vintage vinyl-covered book, If I Were Twenty-One is by Dr. Frank Crane. It has a copyright of 1928.

It has 42 pages about if I was 21, I would do the next thing, adjust myself, take care of my body, train my mind, be happy, get married, save money, study the art of pleasing, determine, even if I could never be anything else in the world, I would be a thoroughbred and make some permanent arrangement with my conscience. It has a rust-colored satin ribbon bookmark.

The book is in fair used condition. The front cover and pages are split in the center two pages into the book. It has heavy creasing on the front spine edge and the cover corners are bent.
