Danish Modern Stavangerflint Norway Pin Dish Designed By Kari Nyquist

Made in the 60s by Stavangerflint, and designed by Kari Nyquist, this pin dish highlights the Danish Modern aesthetic championed by Bjorn Wiinblad. Featuring a scene similar to Figgio's "Market" pattern, this piece exudes Mid Century Danish design. This piece appears to be handpainted, like many of Stavangerflint's products, and is colored like many of Nyquist's work, in a beautiful blue hue. In excellent vintage condition, this piece has one small hairline split on its back. The bottom of this piece is marked "Stavangerflint Norway, Kari." This small, 5" by 5" dish would make an excellent addition to any mid century Scandinavian collection, and is sure to display beautifully in any home.
