Space Age Green Plastic Desk Lamp - Kartell Era Mod Plastic Cube Lamp

This stunning green desk lamp, produced by Burman in the early 60's, is an amazing piece of pop design. Composed of four sides, each with its own green circle design, this lamp has tons of personality, and is an incredible example of early plastic design. Adding a bit of imagination to the Mod aesthetic, this piece captures Space Age design perfectly, and this lamp is in perfect working order. The plastic does show some light scratches, as well as a two cracks (one can be seen illuminated in image 5), but the piece looks great for being such an early example of plastic based design. Perfect for a clean, stark loft space, or for that bookworm in your life with a penchant for the Mid Century, this lamp is a fabulous accent piece, with a versatility that allows it to seamlessly work in any space. Beautiful, functional, and imaginative, this sunny little lamp promises to become a wonderful addition to any Modern home or office.
