From the biblical word: "Mizpah" (a Watch Tower, A Look-Out) comes the title of this charming Victorian book. In the Victorian era, Mizpah signified an emotional bond between people who were separated. The book is in worn condition but the gorgeous illustrations inside redeem it totally. It was published by E.P. Dutton & Co. N.Y. and written by Cecilia Havergal. The binding is a little loose but the cover is still most charming and the 3 full page illustrations are wonderful. Shipping is $2.95 in the U.S.
