Wonderful studio portrait of an Edwardian lady in the most fabulous white dress, wearing a cross, seated in an ornate chair. I love the delicate pintucks and lace trim on her gown, her jewelry, pompadour hairstyle and her regal demeanor. Her dress and hairstyle date this photo to the early Edwardian period, between 1900 and about 1905. A great piece of Turn of the Century fashion history, and a lovely portrait. No ID.

She would look wonderful framed, or you could use her for a special art/craft/scrapbooking project. Lots of possibilities.

Dimensions: 7-3/4" long by 5-3/8" wide.

Condition: Good+ vintage condition. Has some foxing, smudges and light dirtiness, front and back. Back has glue residue from previously life in an album. But overall a great image, with lots of detail and clarity. Tiny tear at the top edge. (See photos for details of condition.)

Will ship in a manila envelope with cardboard, in an archival sleeve. I ship via US Mail, automatically refund shipping overages in excess of $1.00 and combine shipping whenever possible. Thanks for visiting and stay tuned for more photos to be listed this week.
