Beautifully made 15 inch long graduated heishi necklace. The middle 6 inches of light and dark alternating beads are made of horn while the two 3-1/2 inch ends are made of shell. Each end is tipped with a pair of handmade silver beads, sometimes called 'Navajo pearls'. The beads graduate from 1/2 inch to 3/16 inch in diameter.

Condition:
The necklace is in good used condition. The loop portion of the hook and loop closure has been replaced with a non-jewelry grade metal loop. The silver beads have a dark tarnish, but it is a nice overall patina.
