≈Description≈
This is a beautiful lovingly handmade pale yellow wool swing coat and matching bonnet from the 1940s. The coat has a small round collar and four beautiful mother of pearl buttons down the front to fasten the coat closed. There are also two decorative yellow grosgrain ribbons on either side of the bodice which accent two lovely pleats running down the front of the coat. The coat also has one large pleat running down the back. The oveall blousy styling of this coat allows it to have a "swing" effect when it is worn. The coat is lined with a white nylon fabric. The bonnet has a grosgrain ribbon on the top just behind the wide brim. There are also two yellow grosgrain ribbons to fasten the bonnet under your little one's chin. This coat is approximately size 2T - 3T however, please see measurements below for correct fit.

≈Measurements (in inches with the garment lying on a flat surface)≈
Coat
Chest: 30
Sleeves (from neckline to cuff): 14.5
Length: 22

Bonnet
Circumference (measured just behind the brim): 15.25

≈Additional Information≈
There is a very light mark about 4.5 inches long and .25 inches wide just above the hemline on the right side of coat. I was not able to remove this mark when the coat was dry cleaned. This mark is faint and does not detract from the beauty of the coat.
