This fabulously pretty lamp depicts a Balinese or Asian princess playing a sitar or mandolin. She has gone through some minor restoration to her plaster base and has been repainted in a soft magnolia pink, buff, & muted titanium gold. The original colours were so ugly, I couldn't bear to look at it. The base is marked: "1959 Alden Lamp Prod"

The repair is solid and the lamp works very well, but as with all lamps of this era, should be rewired for safety. The fiberglass lamp shade shown in picture # 3 is not included and is not for sale.

Dimensions: 15-1/2" high to the base of the fixture x 8-1/2" wide at the lamp base (widest part)

This lamp would suit mid-century modern / tiki / or atomic themed decors. It would also look great in a little girl's bedroom.

***PLEASE read my store's shipping policies in full BEFORE purchase (nothing scary!)***
