Hand stamped jewelry is crafted entirely by hand - each letter is individually stamped by hand. Because the letters are not machine-stamped each piece has irregularities and character. The beauty of this jewelry is that no two pieces are alike. Every attempt is made to keep the depth of the letters and placement of the letters consistent, but because the piece is hand made there will be intentional irregularities. Please note that we do not accept returns on pieces due to the stamping aesthetic.

Every order is packaged on a jewelry card then placed in a Silver Lotus Designs embossed jewelry box with a jewelry cleaning cloth and a note card on how to care for your new piece of jewelry. Earrings are placed in box without a jewelry cleaning cloth. Every item is perfect for gift giving. If you'd like all your items in one box please leave me a note at checkout otherwise each item will be individually wrapped (except the single bangles, add items (discs, bars gemstone, etc) and wine charms. Personalized gift messages and direct shipping to the recipient are also available upon request. Please indicate this in the notes to seller section at Checkout.

Most metals will tarnish or turn color over time. This is a natural reaction to body chemistry (pH balance and certain medications can cause the metal to change color faster). It is best to use a soft cloth made especially for jewelry polishing and polish gently. When you are not wearing your piece please keep it in an airtight bag - sterling silver will tarnish due to it being a porous metal, it will tarnish quickly when coming into contact with moisture. Do not wear your necklaces in the shower, pools or hot tubs - the harsh chemicals will damage the finish. Taking your jewelry off before bed will also help from damaging your jewelry. Plated items can tarnish and plating will wear off over time due to pH balances.

To order a personalized item please place the item(s) into your cart. From there you can leave me a reminder note in the "personalization box or "notes to seller box" at check out with the initial(s), name(s), date(s),or design(s) on each item-please be sure to read the listing to be sure you've ordered correctly. Please leave me the font you prefer (typically the last photo of the listing, the placement of the name/initials or date and if you want the letter left plain or darkened black (this darkening will wear off over time).

I hope you will never need a repair on an item purchased from my shop, but if you do please convo me to let me know and I can work with you to get your item fixed. Items needing repair due accidental tug or pull on the necklace or repairs older than 30 days of purchase may require a fee. Please contact me through Etsy convo for details.

Any items that are custom or personalized are non returnable. Earrings due to health reasons are also non returnable. Items that are not personalized are allowed to be returned or exchanged as long as I am contacted within 7 days of delivery and have authorized the return/exchange with me. All items that are being returned must be in the original condition and not worn. Any shipping fees are non refundable.
