Beautiful bead crochet necklace! This lovely beaded rope necklace is made with a mix of thousands of Japanese glass seed beads. The elegant interlocking wave pattern ripples from blue to green and back. representing the ripples flowing through all the lives touched by organ donation. This stunning and meaningful necklace is 5/16" in diameter and approximately 42" in length, finished with an invisible join to form a seamless circle representing the circle of the gift of life. It easily wraps twice around your neck and five or six times around your wrist, or wear it long with or without a knot. This necklace is gorgeous and versatile!

THIS ITEM WILL BE MADE TO ORDER!! The original has been donated to Yes! Utah, my local Donate Life organization. Please allow 10 days until shipping (although it is usually a bit faster). Be aware that although your necklace will be very similar, it will not be *the same*. Due to variances that naturally occur in handmade artisan work, all my pieces are one of a kind

As with virtually everything I make, this pattern is my own creation, and lovingly crafted in a non-smoking and non-pet home.

I LOVE TO SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES, but due to some issues in the past I do require that you convo me first if you would like to set this up.

If you are patient and would like a slightly shorter or longer length, I would be happy to custom make one for you from the same pattern! This pattern also looks great in other color combinations which I would be happy to explore with you!

Bead crochet is a wonderful technique that dates from the early 1800s. It fell out of style in the 1950s but has recently started to regain in popularity.

There are four steps to creating a piece of bead crochet rope jewelry. The first step is design, which includes determining the look of the finished product and breaking that pattern down to a straight sequence of beads. The second step is stringing, where each individual bead is strung on thread in the correct sequence. One mistake here will destroy the pattern, so I take great care! The third step is to crochet each of these tiny beads into a beautiful, strong and light bead rope. The fourth and final step is finishing with joins, findings and/or accent beads to complete a lovely and unique piece of jewelry.
