African porcupine quills are securely mounted inside of salvaged 22 caliber spent brass bullet casings. The quills are a deep rich black coffee color and the bullet casings are nicely patinated to an almost rusty bronze color. The bullets are suspended from little segments of vintage brass chevron chain that remind me of stylized wings, or feather plumes.

Brass earwires.

5" total length from the top of the wires to the bottom of the quill. A lightweight and delicate rock and roll earring.

Earrings are made to order and may vary slightly from those pictured above. Each quill will have it's own unique personality, and each brass part is oxidized by hand in small batches, therefore may be slightly darker or lighter than pictured.

Thanks for supporting handmade.
