Fascinating authentic vintage school wall chart map by noted 20th century Czech architect and artist Frantisek Bilek.

Not a reprint, the vintage chart (dated 1951 and printed 1952) depicts an industrial water treatment plant and shows the water cleaning and purification process. This includes small figures surrounded by large machines and the latest technology. Translation of the stamp on back of the map refers to "eight middle school", so it may have been used in a science classroom.

The wall chart is attached to dark wood on top and bottom and is complete with a hook for hanging. Great industrial office accent!

Purchased at an antique store in Czech Republic. Size: 36 inches wide by 24 inches long.

Condition: Good condition with some surface dust/yellowing and two small barely noticeable holes (easily repaired on back side with tape). Small tears as shown on right edges are not too noticeable.

Will ship insured. Shipping charges more than $2 above actual cost refunded.
