A rare Pukeberg Sweden glass fish sculpture. The fish is in good vintage condition, with a small chip to one side of the top fin. Because of the design of the glass, its not viewable but can be felt. The Pukeberg Sweden original sticker is still partially attached.

Pukeberg is one of Sweden’s oldest and most well-preserved glassworks and was founded in 1871 by C.W. Nystrom, who had previously worked at Kosta. Glass of various types from everyday glass, lamp glass and petrol pump glass to beautiful art glass has been made there. Pukeberg was bought by Arvid Bohlmark in 1884, and became part of AB Bohlmarks Lampfabrik in 1888. Pukeberg began producing decorative glass in the 1930's, with designers who have worked at Pukeberg including Uno Westerberg between 1935 - 1978, Goran Warff 1958 - 1964, Ann Warff, Eva Englund 1964 - 1973, and Erik Hoglund during the 1970's.

The glass fish measures ~4 inches tall and ~4.5 inches long.

Shipping will be combined when possible and an estimate. Excess shipping charges over $2.00 will be refunded.
