A really lovely antique wooden drawer, divided into 9 sections. Wonderful varnished patina and wood grain on drawer front. Elegant brass ring pull and escutcheon. Blind dado joints at all the corners - beautiful workmanship. Nice small nails. Very sturdy and solid. This obviously came from a nice piece of furniture, possibly an end table. From the first decades of the 1900s. I've seen a number of divided drawers over the years, but this is the best I've encountered. A very special piece.

Ready to be used on a desk to organize office supplies, or in your studio or craft room. Would make a lovely display for your favorite antique beads and buttons. Or use to corral your jewelry on a dresser. Would also make a great shadowbox for your next assemblage project, or use it as a photo prop. Could also be given as a special Housewarming gift to an antique enthusiast. So many possibilities. Hope someone adopts this one before I change my mind!

Dimensions: Whole piece measures 8-3/4" long by 9-1/2" wide by 3" deep. Fairly deep compartments. Inside dimensions of the divided sections = about 2-3/4" by 2-5/16".

Condition: Great vintage condition overall. Sturdy, with no splitting of the wood, or separation of the joints. Patina on the drawer front is fabulous. A few stray scratches/marks here and there, but nothing bothersome. Some varnish runs/marks inside/under the drawer. Some rust on the screw inside where the handle/pull is screwed in, and aging on the exterior pull. But really lovely overall.
