CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soap water. Machine wash, max 40°C, normal cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Iron, steam or dry low heat only. Do not dry-clean. Fluff to reshape when assembled back together.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations can ONLY be made within an hour of your order being placed. Each order is made-to-order and due to that nature, we can NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if there is a quality error on our end. Please reach out to me if there is an issue with your item within 7 business days.

Please also make sure to double check your address. We have a very limited time (generally 1 hour) before a change can be made. We are working hard to make sure your item is shipped to you as quickly as possible.

LEAD TIME:

Please check each listing for estimated production and shipping times. We try our best to update this information. Once the item is shipped, we have no control over their transit speed.
I am not able to expedite shipping on any order. Unfortunately, even if the error is on our end. I will definitely try to get it corrected asap but I do work with a printing partner.
