With a little oil this late 1800s rasp would be quite useable for your woodworking, metallurgy or jewelry making needs. From the Nicholson Company of Providence, Rhode Island this piece is stamped with the original mark. The total length is 15" and is a tapered file 2" around to 1/2" at the very end. Made of steel in the good old USA pop a little oil on her and shes good for another 100 years.
