Hand dyed warm charcoal gray with hints of taupe, this unique 3ply light fingering yarn is a combination of 70% mink, 20% merino and 10% silk. This yarn is a delicate, yet more durable than 100% cashmere. This yarn received the highest rating in the Spring Issue of Knitty: http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEss12/FEATss12YR.php

The 3-ply lends itself to subtle cables and it softly blooms the more it is worn. I have knit this yarn into a lovely pair of fingerless gloves by Selina S, please see my finished project on Ravelry:
http://www.ravelry.com/projects/tabi/tiriaq-fingerlings.

Each skein is sufficient for 2, yes 2, pairs of gloves, a pair of luxury socks or a cowl. This listing is for one skein, please check the Quantity available below the Add to Cart button for the total number of skeins available.
