We have not found these dishes anywhere on the internet. But we did find the pattern in an old 1961 magazine.
Made by Prolon, in Florence, Mass., this is the 'Regatta' pattern in melamine or melmac.
Turquoise and black against white...a wonderful mid-century atomic design.
There are four highly rimmed dinner-plates, measuring 10 1/4" in diameter.
4 unusual saucers in that the center cup circle is raised as opposed to the more common indented circle. These are 6 3/8" in diameter.
No chips, cracks, stains or burns on these. Plenty of shine left, but there are the expected utensil marks on the plates. No deep cuts or scratches.
