A barbecue fork forged from a single railroad spike. Overall length is approx. 13-1/2 inches. This piece was forged on an antique mechanical hammer then hand finished by hand hammer and anvil with a decorative twist on the handle. Forged from carbon steel so care for it as you would iron or steel utensils - hand wash, dry, and wipe with your favorite cooking oil to prevent rust. This piece is finished with canola oil.
