This covered butter dish is simply gorgeous. It is made of custard glass and the color was called French Ivory by the Federal Glass Co. This pattern was introduced in 1933 (pattern #239) and is known to collectors as Flower and Leaf Band.

The butter dish and lid are in very good vintage condition with no cracks or chips. This useful piece of depression glass would make a lovely addition to your vintage dinnerware collection.

Sure to bring a smile to your day!

About Vintage Glassware...
All of our vintage pieces have been pre-owned and gently used. In fact, some items may have been well loved and used daily...even for decades. So naturally, they may show some signs of wear, loss of sheen, or have minor cosmetic flaws (unless otherwise noted). These signs of love do not detract from their beauty or future usability, in truth, they add greatly to their vintage charm. And we hope you'll agree!

Please make sure to review an item listing description carefully, examine photos, and read our 'Shipping Policies' before making your purchase...Thank You. We appreciate your business!
