Silvered bronze, in the form of a quince with one pointed end and ribbed body.
Integral suspension loop and hollow back. The quince, a relative of the pear, were cultivated and deemed to be a symbol of love and fertility. This pendant would have been worn by a young teen girl to proclaim her availability for courting. Just about 2000 years old with new Sterling silver suspension ring.

Measures .81"(20.6mm) not including the loop.

This could be crimped on to a charm bracelet or worn on a silver chain as shown in the photograph (chain not included).
