Why is my package taking so long to deliver?

How durable are your buttons and stickers?

My handmade stickers are made to order out of paper with a thin WATER RESISTANT polyester laminate. It is NOT waterproof, UV-resistant or weatherproof, so DO NOT use these stickers outdoors. All my special effect stickers (i.e. holographic, glitter) WATERPROOF, UV-RESISTANT, and WEATHERPROOF, so they can be used outside! All my buttons are produced by hand in my studio. They are metal with a mylar shell covering a paper insert with the design, so they are NOT waterproof! Make sure to remove your button from your clothing before washing.

What are the sizes of your buttons and stickers?

All my pinback buttons are round and uniform in size at 1.5 inches / 38 millimeters in diameter. Stickers come in varying sizes. Please read each listing description/item details for more information on individual products.

What if my package (not containing DTG-printed apparel) is "Undeliverable as Addressed" and returned to sender?

If your order is returned to me for any of the following reasons, I require you pay for additional postage to cover resending your order: - Attempted, Not Known - Insufficient Address - Moved, Left No Address - No Such Number - No Such Street - Not Deliverable As Addressed, Unable to Forward If you'd like explanations about the information included on this list, please visit https://pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/507.htm and read Exhibit 1.4.1: USPS Endorsements for Mail Undeliverable as Addressed If I'm unable to reach you within 30 days of your package being returned, I will refund any non-custom items from your order minus the shipping cost.

What is your apparel-specific return policy?

For vinyl-printed apparel, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges. For everything else, I am only able to accept returns for apparel that arrives damaged or mislabeled. In this case, please contact me within 5 business days of your item(s) being delivered. You will then need to share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. I will then be able to contact my vendor and reship the item(s) to you. I am not able to offer returns or exchanges for apparel that has a wrongly-ordered size. Please make sure to read the sizing guides in my apparel listings before you make your purchase. I am also unable to offer returns for buyer's remorse because all my apparel is print on-demand.

What if my package containing DTG-printed apparel is "Undeliverable as Addressed" and returned to sender?

If your apparel is returned to sender, it will be returned to my vendor. I will contact you as soon they receive the item(s). From that point, they will hold the item(s) for 28 days. If I'm unable to get a hold of you within that 28-day period, your item(s) will be donated to charity per my vendor's policies. In order to receive your item, you will need to confirm your address and re-pay the shipping price of your original order. I am unable to offer a refund in these circumstances because all my apparel is print on-demand.

How do I take care of my vinyl-printed apparel?

This shirt design is made from heat-transfer vinyl. Please make sure to read and adhere to the care instructions included in your order: - Do not dry clean - Do not bleach - Wash and dry your garments inside out (They can be washed in a machine or by hand, but if washing in a machine, only use cool water. Washing in hot water can damage the design.) - Avoid fabric softeners - Use mild detergent if possible - Hang to dry or use the tumble dry or low heat dryer setting - Do not iron directly on the design. If you must iron your shirt, use low heat and cover the design with a thin towel or cloth.
