Rustic Kitchenware Series 2

Cowboy Graniteware Fry Pan & Muffin Pan Mottled Grey Set

This is a very large rustic grey graniteware pan dating from the early 1900's. Definitely big enough to cook up lots of grub for very hungry cowboys. This chuck wagon pan has some rust on the handle and a tiny bit of rust inside the pan. The back of the pan has some dings, a little rust on the edges. Probably best for display, it has a hole for hanging up in your cottage kitchen. With some good cleaning and slathering of vegetable oil you could cook with it too.

The fry pan has a good weight to it and is seam constructed. I did not find any fry pan this large in my research.

The rustic muffin pan has a good amount of rust on the top. It adds an interesting and pretty coloration to the pan. Probably best for display, it has a hole for hanging up in your cottage kitchen.

Fry Pan: 23.5" L (from outmost edge of pan to handle) pan dimension--11.5" Diameter.

Muffin Pan: 11.5" L, 8" W

"Graniteware was featured in 1876 at Philly's Expo. It was mass produced in quantity, and enough of it has survived to make at least the common items easily affordable...Pieces of heavier weight, seam constructed, riveted...are usually older".
