Rare, genuine Victorian scrap paper dolls from the late 1800s. They are marked "The Fairy's Children who ate the Fairy's Pie" and "Fairy's Pie Booklet".
I personally removed these from an antique scrapbook. I found two dates inside the book, 1885 and 1896. Each doll measures about 5-1/2" tall. Look closely at the back sides. Each doll is actually two pieces. All except one of them is stuck together and I have not tried to separate them. They are not brittle and the colors are bright.
They will be inserted in a plastic sleeve and sandwiched between two pieces of card stock to protect them during shipping. You will receive all 5 of the items pictured.
They are in very good vintage condition, even at 120+ years old, thanks to a little girl, long ago, who loved them enough to protect them in that crumbling old scrapbook. I hope you will love these as much as she did!
I want you to be delighted with your purchase so please contact me if you have any questions at all. Thank you for visiting my Strange Notions!
