Can an item be returned?

Sorry, I do not accept returns. I'm a small local artist/Etsy shop owner and can't facilitate an extensive returns system. BUT, I guarantee you're going to love every item you order from my shop. Everything is made with care and quality. There will be no need for you to return anything :)

What if my item(s) are damaged or defective?

If any items are received damaged or defective, please report to me immediately (within 48 hours) along with a photo of the damaged item. I will replace any damaged items promptly reported.

What if I did not receive my order?

All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking numbers are automatically attached to each order receipt via Etsy. EVD is not responsible for items claimed to not be received when they are verified "DELIVERED" via USPS.

Where are your items made?

In order to insure quality and accuracy of my art/design I proudly produce all my items here in the United States.
