This is a wonderfully early paper mache Doll made in the late 1800's. She is 10 inches, has a paper mache head, blue glass eyes, paper mache hands, paper mache feet, and a soft stuffed body. She has the sausage style legs. Her hair is wool, and shows wear around her face...but, the wool wig is still in place and looks great under her bonnet....she is all original, and she wears a slip, blue pin stripe dress, apron, and a bonnet...she has all hand painted features on her face and for her shoes....all hand painted...The blue socket eyes, are German...she is most likely a German made doll...I bought her at a auction in Lancastor County, PA.
This adorable doll comes with a very early doll trunk, and two dresses....the doll trunk, is papered in wall paper...removable shelf....two dresses are very early.....The set is very unique and early...all in good condition.

Please find us at our web-site and selling blog, where we have many early antiques from the 1800's, and many early amish wares. Also, early styles of dolls from the past....
