Cherry wood wooden spatula carved with a curve for mixing and stirring and sauteing with ergonomic handle. 15% off your purchase if you buy 2 or more utensils until the end of May. Use coupon code 2ormore. I call this a #8 and it is more rounded than my other design which has more of a straight front edge. This is one of my favorite designs whether I am sauteing vegetables or mixing pancake batter. The curved blade is excellent for scraping the sides of the mixing bowl. It is 13 inches long with a 2 1/2 inch wide blade. The blade comes to a sharp edge making it good for cutting ground meat in the pan while browning. The handle is carved to be ergonomic and super comfortable Perfect for mixing up a batch of fresh Guacamole. Finished with beeswax and mineral oil.

Care is easy, just wash in hot soapy water, towel dry, and apply some mineral oil or walnut oil every couple of weeks or you can buy some of our spoon oil finish which is Beeswax and mineral oil. A 4 oz. jar lasts for a long time and it will help to keep your spatula looking and feeling good for many years.
