To place your order for a custom pillow with a design:

1. Choose the size and quantity of the pillow(s) you want from the drop-down menu.
2. If you would like to see a proof of your design before the order is processed, select the "+Proof and Design File" option from the drop-down menu.
3. Refer to images 3 to 10 for reference and provide the following information in the personalization field.

Once your design is complete, I will send you a proof for your review and confirmation. You are allowed one revision at no additional cost. Please review and confirm the proof within 24 hours, or your order will be processed as is.

– The background picture is optional. The default will be LAKE if the background field is left blank.
– If you would like a child-sized version of one of the adult designs, please specify 'adult' in the order notes.

Our high-quality pillows are available in three sizes: 14x14 inches, 16x16 inches, and 18x18 inches. They are printed with vibrant, edge-to-edge designs on both sides using sublimation printing. The pillows feature ultra-soft 100% polyester twill covers and polyester pillow inserts.

To care for your pillow, machine wash the cover inside-out and tumble dry on low heat. The pillow insert should be spot cleaned only. The pillows have a premium coating that ensures long-lasting, crisp and vibrant color reproduction.

All components of our pillows are sourced and constructed in the USA. Please note that pillow sizes refer to the fabric cut size and pillow insert size. The final product will be slightly smaller than the fabric cut measurements.

Question: Is it possible to alter the size of the pets/humans in the design?
Answer: Yes, we can alter the size of the pets or humans in the design. Please specify the desired size in terms of the pets' relative height when seated next to each other (e.g., "the pet's head is above/below her shoulder/head height"). Make sure to include this information in your order.

Q: Is it possible to make changes to the pet or human design, such as altering the color or pattern?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to alter the existing pet or human designs. We cannot make changes to the color, pattern, or any other aspect of the design, nor can we create a new design from scratch. Please choose from the available options when placing your order.

Q: Could you please create my design with two women in it?
A: Certainly! We can absolutely include two women or two men in your design.

Q: Is it possible to view a preview or proof of the design before the final version is sent?
A: Yes, we will send you a digital file of the design when it is ready. If you require any changes to be made, we will take care of them at this time. You may request a single revision. If no changes are needed, we'll assume that you're satisfied with the design.

Q: Is it possible for me to print the 8x10 digital file in any size I desire?
A: Yes, you can print the 8x10 digital file in any size you desire as long as you keep the resolution high. If you want to print the file in a smaller size, that is possible as well. However, it is not recommended to print the file in a larger size, as this may result in a lower resolution and potentially lower quality image.
