Personalised lilac unicorn print cooler bag / lunch bag. Insulated and zip closing.
These eco friendly bags (made using 40% recycled plastic) are personalised using embroidery, various thread colour options available.
They are personalised on top (the lid).

LET US KNOW - Let us know the following information or else we will use our discretion (usually as shown in the first picture). The more information you give us the more accurate we will be.
Wording colour, size, position, font.
LONG NAMES - Remember the longer the name the smaller the wording will be. If it’s a double-barrel name it may need to go over 2 lines or the font might have to change.
GIFT MESSAGE - We can include free a gift card if you are posting direct to someone else. We will print onto white card and copy your message exactly as you have it excluding any emojis.
GIFT WRAP - Gift wrapping is an option to purchase at checkout. We will use one of the following items to gift wrap as appropriate for the item – cellophane, basket, box, tissue paper, ribbon or wrapping paper.
DELIVERY - We will deliver your order to the address you give for delivery when you place your order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items not been received. If you require us to resend or send to a different address after it has been returned to us then there will be a charge for reposting.
DESPATCH TIMES - We say we dispatch orders within 2 – 3 working days however, we usually dispatch sooner. Sometimes we can offer same day despatch depending on the item and availability. During busy seasonal times please allow extra time for us to create your order.
PARCEL NOT DELIVERED - We have to give our delivery partner 10 working days before we can make a claim for any lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel has not been delivered after 10 working days we will make a claim and resolve it immediately.
GIFTING/SHOWING PRICE - Our invoices are emailed to you when you place your order so won’t be put in with your parcel.
RETURNS - If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation (it does happen sometimes, we are human after all), or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that it is resolved as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to show the damage or fault. We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection. Personalised items cannot be resold so are not returnable.
REFUNDS - A refund will only be made once we have received the faulty product back and it has been inspected.
CHANGE TO ORDER - If you would like to amend your order, let us know within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please include your name, address and the changes you would like to make. We can’t guarantee any changes after 30 minutes as your order may already be in production.
STOCK - We usually have most items in stock but this can change quickly on some products, and we may have to delay your order but we will let you know if this is the case.
COLOUR - The colour of the product you receive may not match the exact colour as displayed your computer monitor. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
SIZE - The sizes given are approximate and can vary slightly.
CLOTHING - We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that washing instructions have not been followed.
