Amulet necklace inspired by the spiral forms of natural history fossils, so beautiful in their ancient irregular symmetry...in my mind I was walking on stone age paths along the beach, with the leather clad primitive gatherer woman - asking for guidance, protection, and abundance for her family.

The necklace is a roundish slab of juniper covered with fossil motive crocheted in ivory cotton thread. The crochet on the other side of the piece of wood forms a star pattern.

It is hung on hemp cord adjustable in lenght by making a knot under the dark round wood bead.
On the ends of the cords hangs three tiny puka shells each on silver rings.

These necklaces are as unique as the organic patterns that inspired them, it's a series of 5, all a little bit different.
They are very lightweight and easy to wear.

Native minimal fashion - jewelry with roots deep in the dawn of humanity.

Handmade with love, always...enjoy!
